ALE allows established companies to make purchases using a purchase order with payment to be made by check or wire transfer. Please follow the steps below to purchase your instrumentation using a purchase order.
If you need documentation to obtain your purchase order:
- Add the items you are interested to purchase to your cart
- View your cart and scroll to the bottom
- Click on the Download Cart as PDF button. This document can be used for your purchase order request from your purchasing department.
IMPORTANT: Items are not reserved until the order is completed with a purchase order or credit card payment.
To complete your purchase after obtaining a purchase order:
- Return to you cart and complete the checkout process
- In the payment method section, choose Purchase Order
- Enter your purchase order number in the available field
- Click on Place Order

If your company is fully or partially tax-exempt, please email a scanned copy of your tax exemption certificate to the following email address. In the body of the email, please include your company’s name and address and your name and contact information.
